John in guitars was especially helpful, professional, and honest. The best experience I’ve had at any Guitar Center to be honest. I wish the employees at my local guitar center in San Diego were even half as professional and helpful as John was. I called inquiring about a used amp I’ve have been looking for that was listed on Guitar Center’s used website. John had said that a lot of people had already called about the amp, but that he would personally go and test the amp and take a look at it for me. Despite being busy, he called me back as promised in a timely manner with an honest assessment of the amp. Not just telling me what I wanted to hear so that I would buy it. Guitar Center, give this man a raise!

Always love going to this location. The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable. John is very exceptional at his job. He will always go out of his way to make sure the customer gets what they want. I've ordered numerous guitars from them and John always makes sure I'm satisfied with my purchases. We'll continue to be long time customers!

Went in today to buy a sustain pedal for my son piano, they had them mark at $14.99 but told me it's $29.99 but clearly the picture shows the price they have it for in the store...and didn't give me the sale, unless I paid $29.99.

Went in excited and ready to buy myself a birthday drum set to replace the old one I have. I was ignored the entire time I was in the store. I was passed numerous times by employees who didn't even say hi or even try to make eye contact with me. I have a very hard time giving money to a place who makes me feel like my business doesn't matter and that I don't exist. Kind of sucks because their selection was pretty nice.

Wasn't sure what to expect when entering this store for the first time. Only 1 guy playing a guitar instead of a handful of guys that think they can play! They seemed pretty busy for early Friday afternoon. Place was well stocked and they did seem to have plenty of staff there even though they said they were hiring. Counter guy helped me put my purchase in my vehicle too.

Went with my boys to buy him a amp and the service was great. Younger guy helped my son out for him a guitar to try the amp on was great with my boy who was kinda indisive on what he want but got a great amp at a great price. Definitely going back

Needed more info on in ear monitors and to purchase a Marshall amp. Griffin the sales rep was infinitely knowledgeable on the topic! Gave some solid advice and pointed me in the direction of some affordable quality brands. Any place you leave with more knowledge than when u went in will always get 5 stars from me...
